I had a mri on my hand and I want to understand the mri finding stated is advanced osteoartrois at the long finger and cmc joint with dorsal spurring questionable small carpal boss There is multifocal bone bruise is suspected given the history of recent crush injury. Small nondisplaced fracture would be difficult to exclude

There is obvious derangement in the joint. It could be due to arthritis changes secondary to old fracture. Consult an orthopedics and get evaluated.
