The right fallopian tube is opacified to the fimbriated end and there is free spill of contrast. Left fallopian tube is weakly opacified although normal in caliber and course and enhanced to the fimbriated end also with small amount of free spill identified on this exam. Delayed view of the pelvis reveals fallopian tubes and uterus do have an acute of contrast. There is free intraperitoneal contrast identified. what does this mean about the left side?
