What Does The Following Kidney Reports Indicate?

I just found out by looking through my portol, that I have stage3 kidney failure, my urine microalbumin/creatinine ratio is urine alubmin 30ml/l, urine creatinine 300/d/ A:C 30mg normal, in 2013 it was 200,my comprehensive metbolic shows crea 1.5 and A/Gratio 1.61. gfr is 34.61 everything else seems within range, I called the dr and he said I was told but I don t remember him telling me, or believe me I would have remembered, monday I go for a renal scan which I was to have last may and didn t know about this scan is with a lacixs flush, My dr is a kidney doctor I have been his patient for 15 years, I am so upset and scared, am I going to die soon? You don t need to answer this if you don t like giving bad news cause I don t know if I can handle anymore bad news anyway, so if you don t answer I undersand and I will know, I want to thank you so much just for listening to me and letting me get this off my chest, thank you again so much Thank you, but I am on a very limited income and I think I know what is going to happen to me, so thanks again for listening
