Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
I have gone through your ultrasound reports.
According to your ultrasound reports you are having multiple calculi(stones) in your kidney. There is also some dilation of ureter( tube which bring urine from kidney to bladder)
Since the size of the stone is small you may not require surgery at this stage. But if you develop severe pain or difficulty in passing urine, some kind of intervention may be needed.
Drink plenty of water.Avoid alcohol.Reduce the intake of peanuts, chocolates, red meat, cheese, and protein rich foodstuffs.
I suggest you to consult a urologist for routine follow ups and in case you develop any symptoms.
Hope this information helps.
Wishing you good health.
