What Does The Following Lab Reports Indicate?

I am a 47 year old, African American female. In mostly good health, but have had some digestive problems and nausea. My labs reported Creatinine Serum at 1.03 and in Urine - WBC, WBC Esterase and Epithelial cells abnormally high, yet my doc says I m fine. Doesn t add up to me. Suggestions?

serum creatinine is in normal limits.
rise in epithelial cells may need to check for kidney conditions evaluation.An ultrasound of kidneys, urine culture, Glomerular filteration rate (GFR) are required and also biochemical tests of urine.
A condition called glomerulonephritis be rules out
