General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

your ultrasound report means that you have gallstone (10 mm echogenic calculus in gallbladder lumen). your abdominal pain, especially if it's in epigastric or right upper quadrant in location, sometimes with radiation to the back and right upper shoulder, could possibly be due to this condition. it is not an emergency, but you have to have a sense of urgency in treatment.

a consult with a general surgeon with be of great help. laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the gold standard in management of gallstones.

hope this helps.

good day!!
