What Does The Following Mammography Report Suggest?

Good morning doctor Iam 50 yrs/ f in mammography result 7x4mm lymph nodes found, serum lactate dehydrogenase {LDH) range 648 U/L n in haemogram my WBC count is 13100 cells/cumm as in result said Neutrophilic leucocytosis One of doctor told me it s blood cancer have to take treatment I would like to go for second opinion please suggest me

Hi,

Usually, 13000 total count not seen in case of blood cancer. Moreover, you are having neutrophilic leukocytosis which is seen in case of inflammation or Infection.

I am surprised why you have been given the possibility of blood cancer.

I suggest you upload your CBC and peripheral smear examination report herewith. So that I can check it and would let you know if any cancer possibility is there.
