What Does The Following Pelvic Scan Report Suggest?

i had a pelvic scan POD no fluid,anteverted bulky and irregular shape uterus measuring 75.3 45.7 48.2 with hypoechoic echogenic strutures in the anterior of the uterus measuring 30.7 23.5 protruding into the urinary bladder the endometrium stripe was seen measuring 4.3mm.please i need your answer can i be pregnant

I really appreciate your concern, if this is not the fetal pole or sac seen then it may not be the pregnancy and nothing like that being given here it is better to discuss this with radiologist till then it can not be said to be pregnancy hope this information helps.
