What Does The Following Pelvic Scan Report Suggest?
my wife PELVIC SCAN REPORT: Uterus is bulky and harbours a round-shaped intramural hypo-echoic mass with smooth margins noted in the upper part of the body, posterior to the endometrial plate and measured about 68mmX56mmX56mm in size. other micro-nodular intramural and an anterior surface sub-serous micro-nodular masses also noted. Both ovaries also appear normal in volume and echo-pattern. No adnexal masses. There is no significant free fluid collection in the posterior cul-de-sac Liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, and both kidneys noted with normal sonographic. Please doctors what is the conclusion of the above result and treatment options?
