What Does The Following Pelvic Scan Report Suggest?
I did pelvic scan and it said that bladder uniformly filled, Normal outline, No stones, No mass, uterus Normal in size and retroverted cavity is empty, the endometrium is thickenedmeasuring 15.1mm. No fibroid, ovaries Normal size on both side No cysts or mass and Adnexae/POD free, no mass No fluid collection Normal pelvic organs. What is the meaning?

The above mentioned ultrasound scan is perfectly normal nothing to worry in it. No fibroids are detected and ovaries are fine. The wall thickness of uterus is also within normal limits. Nothing to abnormal to worry in it. Do a follow up scan one year later.
