What Does The Following Pelvic Scan Result Mean?

my friend a lady of 31yrs...after a pelvic scan, there is a bulky anteverted uterus measuring 12.2cm x 8.6 cm x 10.8 cm, without signs of endometrial decidual reaction. there are multiple intramural fibriod masses , the largest measuring 7.5 cm x 6.9cm after hormonal essay, estrogen : 153.6pg/ml what does all these entail

Hello

Your friend's findings suggests enlarged uterus with multiple uterine fibroids largest measuring 7.5 cm x 6.9 cm.
Fibroid is a benign tumour of uterus.
Treatment of fibroid depend upon many things like age,complications of fibroid,family status etc.
She should consult gynecologist,she need proper evaluation.
