What Does The Following Pelvic Ultrasound Suggest?

I have had an ultrasound on pelvic area to locate a mirena. As a result the details say: 6mm intramural fibroid within the body to the left
11mm ovoid echogenic lesion in the endometrial cavity also anonechoic tubular structure in left adnexa suspicious for a hydrosalpinx.
What does this all mean.
