Welcome to Health care magic.

1.Focal echogenic foci in left ventricule is a soft marker for the anomaly - That means - when an echogenic focus seen the doctor will look for any other anomalies ( not always anomalies seen).
2.Anueploidy - An extra or missing chromosome is a common cause of genetic disorders including human birth defects.
3.Nucal thickness is normal. Mainly if anomaly scan between 18-22 weeks is normal - it will give enough assurance to rule out anomalies.
4.You don't have to worry if the anomaly scan is fine.
5.Howevere i would suggest to have a good followup scans through out the pregnancy.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
