General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, following are various prospects regarding your issue.

* The severe blockage of fallopian tubes of both sides indicate severe fibrosis and almost negligible chances to get conceive with current situation.

* There are micro vascular surgeries options available for the opening of blocked tubes, but success rate of normal pregnancy after this are very less and high chances of recurrent pregnancy loss, non viable fetus are there.

* The best ultimate option would be endometrial bipsy to see the functinal status of the uterus lining and decide for the in vitro fertilisation technique of conception.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
