What Does The Following Report Indicate?

Subtle altered signal intensities noted in subscapularis tendon with minimal surrounding fluid. Minimal effusion noted in glenohumeral joint. Ct screening shows bony island in head of humerus and head of scapula. What are the treatments of the report?

I really appreciate your concern, such findings needs to be correlated with clinical condition it is the bone pathology it cloud be due to infection too, injury need to be ruled out and hope this information helps.
