General & Family Physician 's  Response
This report indicates there is inflammation at the joint between sacrum and ilium part of pelvis, there is some sclerosis i.e. erosion of bone. Also there is a deposit of Calcium hydroxyapatite at the Ischial tuberosity.
Though these are not life threatening findings but still treatment is necessary

For the pain management I would recommend over the counter pain killers like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen.

I would also suggest visiting an orthopedic surgeon to guide you better on the treatment.

Hope this answers your question.
