What Does The Following Result Of MRI Indicate?

Sir, I am Teja Raj Naik, from Bargarh, Orissa suffering from Disc prolapsed at L4-L5 & L5-S1 and feeling radiating pain from my right lower back to right foot while standing and walking due to compression of right sided nerve root by L4-L5 disc desiccation as revealed by an MRI scan. Sir, can it be cured completely by only physiotherapy? Please advise Sir.
