What Does The Following Results Indicate?

ovares demonstrated bilaterally with no suspicious mass. There are small follilesbilaterally. Color dopper/spectral analysis demonstrates appropriate flow bilaterally. minimal free fluid in posterior cul-de-sac. likely physiological what does this mean? is there something wrong with me? Am i going to be able to have children?
