What Does The Following Scan Result Of Uterus Indicate?

As at today My scan reads Uss shows a gravid anteverted uterus. There is a single intra-uterine gestational sac with a diameter of 41.2mm corresponding to GA of 9weeks +4days. Showing absent fetal pole. The internal cervical Os is closed. Both adnexae are normal. I was surpose 12weeks today what does dis mean pls
