What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

I am 30 Years old, I don t have any habits, I have done the SEMEN ANALYSIS tested and My IMPRESSION is Mild asthenozoospermia, could you please suggest me what are the precautions I have to take. SEMEN ANALYSIS *SAMPLE COLLECTED AT : 9:45 AM *QUANTITY. 1.0 ml *COLOUR. Grey white *PH 8.0 *VISCOSITY Normal *LIQUIFICATION TIME 30 min *SPERM COUNT/CONCENTRATION 66 millions/ml *MOTILITY STUDIED AT 60 MINUTES *A) ACTIVELY PROGRESSIVELY MOTILE 25 % *B)SLOWLY PROGRESSIVELY MOTILE 20 % *C)NON PROGRESSIVELY MOTILE 20 % *D)NON MOTILE 35 % *NORMAL MORPHOLOGY 50 % A) HEAD DEFECTS 30 % B) MID PIECE 10 % C) TAIL PIECE 10 % *PUS CELLS. 2-4 cells/hpf *.IMPRESSION Mild asthenozoospermia.

Hello

Your report suggest borederline decreased sperm motility.
Active motility should be at least 55 %.
Reports suggests sperm count,morphology,liquefaction time etc are normal.
Normally sperm count should be at least 20 millions/ml.

You may also need culture and sensitivity of semen due to presence of few pus cells.It is important to exclude infection.

You should take nutritious food and do exercise.
