What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Hy doctor i am 30 years of age and married since last 4 years.my wife get pragnant after 6 months of our marriage but unfortunately after 3 mnths she has Dnc.becz of no growh of baby.so since then now 3years have been paased we dont have baby.i check my self and have semen analysis test.my test report show asthenzoospermia ...i am really very upset .can u lz help me and answer me that we can b parent.? My wifes reports are all clear .but only my semens reports show low motalilty ratio? Is there have any treatment of low motality ..r some special food r vitamens for increasing this mitality ratio? Doctor plz help me

Hello,

You may need to have more zinc and b complex vitamins to increase sperm motility. Also drink more water and fluids. Consult with a fertility specialist. Intrauterine insemination may be an option.
