General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The report of semen is suggestive of healthy sperms with normal count and actively motile sperms to get fertility. Matter of concern is 8-10 pus cells indicating underlying infection of either seminal vesicles or prostate most likely. You need culture sensitivity specific antibiotics to cure the issue and get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
