What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Hi, my semen volume is 1ml, rapid progression is 20%, slow 25%, non progressive motility 10%, immotile 45%. Morphology Normal 55%, abnormal 45% Pus cells 2-4 Red blood cells 2-4 Epithelial cells Nil Kindly brief me in detail regarding this report, is it ok or not?

Hello,

Regarding the report you have an infection since red blood cells are seen and also pus cells are seen. You can possibly do a sperm culture and may need antibiotics. Treating the infection can help you increase fertility and may have more normal spermatozoids.
