What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

My semen analysis report are as follows Ph:8.0 Sperm count 20million/ml Liq time 40 min pus cell 10-12/epf epithlial cell 1-2/epf motality Rapidly prog:15% Sluggishly prog:30% Non prg motility:30% Immotile:25% Morphology 60% normal. Is it normal? Cn i make my wife pregnant easily?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Compare your semen analysis with normal semen analysis:
Ph: >7.0________________________8.0___normal
Sperm concentration:20-150 million/ml____20______normal
Liquefaction time: 20-30 minutes__________40__increased
Pus cell: up to 5 cell/hpf_____________10-12_____increased
Total motility: > 40%____________30 + 15=45____normal
Morphology: > 32 %______________60%___normal

According to your report sperm concentration and motility is normal
But slight increase liquefaction time and high pus cell suggests infection in the urinary tract or in the accessory sexual gland.
You can become father but after treatment of infections.
I would suggests to consult the urologist and go for semen culture, CBC, ESR and USg pelvis to confirm the infection.
Doctor will give following advises:
Antibiotic according to culture report.
Tablet gonadil F and CO Q will help.
Take healthy diet like high protein diet, fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables
Do regular exercise like walking and yoga
Avoid stress and drink plenty of water
