What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Indicate?
Good Day Sir! Kindly evaluate my Seminal Fluid analysis for us couple a further clear information. Please indicate any suggestions and information for any problem that well occurs with response to my Seminal fluid analysis. It is my first time to undergo a Lab. test and I hope there is a great chance for us (couple) to have a babies soon. Microscopic findings: Color: Opaque Odor: Pungent Volume: 3.25 ml. Liquefaction Time: 1Hr. & 15mins. Microscopic Findings: Sperm count: 200,000 / ml. Sperm Motility: I - Progressive motility: 10% Sperm show grade I motility (Minimal forward progression): 10% Sperm show grade II motility (Poor to fair activity): 0% Sperm show grade III motility (Good activity with tail movements visualized): 0% Sperm show grade IV motility (full activity with tail movements difficult to visualized): 0% II – Non-progressive Motility: 10% III – Non-Motility: 80% Sperm Morphology: Sperm show morphology: 81% Sperm show abnormal morphology (Normal semen has fewer than 30% abnormal forms): 19% Others: Pus cell: 0-1 /hpf I am hoping for your kind response. Compare your semen report with normal semen analysis:
Color: opaque to white___________________normal
Ejaculate volume: 2 to 6 mL ____________3.25____Normal
Liquifaction time: 20-30 minutes__________1 hour 15 min__increased
Sperm concentration:20-150 million/ml____2 Lakh/ml___low
Total motility:40% or more_____________20%_____low
Progressive motility:32% or more_________10%____low
Morphology: 4% or more_________81% _____normal
Pus cell: up to 5/hpf__________________0-1 normal
So your semsn report is not normal.Sorry to say but
You have very low sperm count, motility and increased liquefaction time.
Natural pregnancy is not possible.
I would suggests to consult the urologist and undergo USG pelvis, semen culture, urine report and semen testosterone to identify the problem.
Avoid stress, do regular exercise and take healthy diet, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits
Tablet gonadil F and CO Q will helpful
Tablet comiphene citrate.
Testosterone shot can be useful for low testosterone.
