General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Compare your semen report with normal semen analysis:
Color (greyish to white) -- grey (normal)
Liquefaction time (20-30 minutes) -- 30 (normal)
Ph (>7) -- 8 (normal)
Sperm concentration (20-150 million/mL) -- 41.6 (normal)
Total motility (40% or more) -- 80% (normal)
Progressive motility (50 %) -- 74% (excellent motility)
Progressive motility (32% or more) -- 10% (low)
Morphology (4% or more) -- 90% (normal)

Your semen analysis is completely normal with excellent motility. When semen shows normal characteristics in a seminogram, it is diagnosed as normozoospermic.

WBC is white blood cell that is present normally up to 1 million/mL.

Take a healthy diet and do regular exercise.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dholariya Sagar
