General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

The given report of the semen analysis is well within normal limits except presence of pus cells which are increased in numbers.

The presence of pus cells pyospermia is suggestive of infection either in epididymis, seminal vesicle or prostate.

Consult a physician or urologist for clinical examination and certain tests like culture and sensitivity for the semen may be required and you may be given a course of appropriate antibiotics for at least 2 weeks to eradicate the infection.

Repeat your semen analysis after a month or so.

Hope this answers your query.
