Hi, I think you are having oligoasthenospermia. It means you have low count as well as motility. Consult a urologist for complete evaluation. You can do a semen culture and sensitivity test to see if there is any infection or not. You can taķe some antibiotic like doxycycline. Also you can take some antioxidant and vitamin supplements for 3
