What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Mean?

I'm 28 years my my sperm count=0000/ml, Grade= ll moderate, Pus cells=15-20 hpf, Red cells= 4-6 hpf ,Spermatogenic cells 8-10 hpf, Clumps of sperm +, Abnormal forms= 60% (tapered head, bent neck, coiled tail) Motility Motile 1st hour 45%, Sluggish 1st hour 20%, Non motile 1st hour 35%, Motile 2nd hour 40%, Sluggish 2nd hour 20%, Non motile 2nd hour 40% Please guide this is my semen report

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
As per your sperm analysis report you have active motile sperms 45% in first hour & 40 % in second hour. The no of sluggish motile sperms are 20 %. These motility numbers are normal.
You have not mentioned sperm count correctly. It should be greater than 20 million per ml.
There are presence of pus cell 15-20hpf & Red cells 4-6 hpf in your semen sample, which could mean genital tract infection in you.
