Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your semen analysis report suggest that you have normal sperm count.
However your motility and viability is very low. It is very difficult to conceive naturally with this motility and morphology. You should go for artificial insemination techniques like in vitro fertilization.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
