My semen report is plz give me suggestion what I can do my age is 31 and report is ....colour...gresh white volume..3ml. Reaction..alkline. Total count. 20 milion/ml active motile 25% S motile 45% adnormal 30%/h puscell 4-6

I have seen you semen report and let me tell you that there should be 60% active motile sperms for female pregnancy. But I'll still suggest you to consult a urologist.
