What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

sir my semen analysis test report shows fllowing Quantity-2ml, reaction -alkaline, colour-white, fructose+, sperm count 120million/ml, sperm motility-80%, progressive-70%, non progressive-1%, immotile-20%, pus cel-2-3/HPF,Eptheilal cells-1-2/HPF, ABNORMOL FORMS-40%. PLESASE tell me it is good or bad and what will be do for more better

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your all the parameter of semen analysis are normal
You have excellent count and motility of the sperm.
But you have not mention about the normal morphology of the sperm.
But I think it is 60% as you have 40% abnormal form.
So morphology is also normal.

So do not worry, nothing is bad in the semen analysis.
Do regular exercise like walking, running and yoga.
Take healthy diet, more fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
Drink plenty of water. Avoid stress.
