General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
You have low sperm count and abnormal presence of RBC inside the semen.
Normally no RBC present in the RBC.
Presence of RBC could be due to infection in genital tract and prostatitis.
Pregnancy is not possible with this sperm count.
I would suggest to consult urologist and undergo semen culture, urine reports, USG scan of scrotum and pelvis to confirm cause.
Infection require antibiotic course
Clomiphene should be used to increase sperm count
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
