What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

Hello, my sperm count is 45 million, motility of 19.3 %, rapid prog. Motility is 4%, slow prog. Motility is 9.5%, and non prog. Motility is 5.8%, and morphology of normal forms are 18.8%, what is your recommendation for increasing the rapid prog. Motility and increase of morphology of normal forms?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your count and morphology is normal
Normally rapid progressive motility should be > 25%.
I would suggest to consult infertility specialist and undergo post coital infertility tests.
If it will be normal then nothing to worry.
If it will come abnormal then undergo complete health check up, semen culture, color doppler USG of scrotum and pelvis
Specific treatment depend on cause
Drugs like clomiphene citrate and gonadil Fwill help you
