What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

My semen analysis report is below, please what does it mean? Appearance: Creamy Volume: 3.8ml PH: 8.0 Consistency: Complete liquefaction within one hour Viability: 70% appeared viable Motility: No actively linear forward progression form noted.about 30% shows linear but it sluggish forward progression Morphology: About 20% spermatozoa demonstrates normal morphology and morphologically disturbed forms includes no tail forms, bend tail forms,reduced head size forms and increased vacoule in head forms. Count: 23.6 million spermatozoa /mL Round cells: Present ++ Comment: Normosoermia.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I think your semen analysis is normal except for the motility which is on a lower side. Take some antioxidants and vitamins for 3 months. It will increase the motility. You can try naturally for pregnancy if your wife's periods are regular. Be in contact with your wife every 2 to 3 days after the periods stop.
