What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

i had semen analysis and the following is the result ....quantity=2 ml, colour=Grey White , total count=2.8ml Total Count 22 motility -active=14%,sluggish=38%,dead =48% ,morphology head -normal=80%, abnormal=20 %. Liquefaction time 30 min pls can you kindly advice me on my report and way to overcome my deficiency if any and especially on low sperm count and recover dead sperm

Hi, I think your sperms count is normal. The motility is on a lower side. It can be due to some infections. Do a semen culture and sensitivity. You can take Doxycycline for 10 days. Also take some antioxidants and vitamins for 3 months. Morphology is normal. you can try naturally for 3 to 6 months. Be in contact with your wife every 2 to 3 days after her periods stop. It will increase chances of your pregnancy.
