What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

Dear sir, i am married since 6years still have no baby cause infertility please see my below current semen analysis report and advise what i need to do. one month ago my sperm counts were just 5 million and motaility 10% so after taken medicine l-caritine 500mg and letrozole done report that's results mentioned below please reviw and advise should i continue this presecription or not??
duration of abst- 6days
consistnacy- thin
Sperm count- 30- million
rapid progression- 10%
slow progression- 15%
Non- progression motaliity- 20%
immotile- 55%

morphology-:
normal- 40%
abnormal- 60 %
head defects-15%
tail defects- 25%
puss cells- 6-8
red blood cells- 4-6

Hello thanks for asking from HCM

I can understand your concern. One thing I'd advise you to get semen analysis done from two different standard labs and avoid informing the lab that you got semen analysis done previously too.

The sperm count in your case is low and also motility and morphology is abnormal. Discuss with a reproductive medicine specialist for possible options. L-carnitine and Letrozole if improved the count then you can continue to take these drugs for at least 4 more weeks. This will improve the count.

Visit a surgeon to rule out any obstructive or surgical cause.
