The result is Volume 0.5 ml Liquefaction time 1 hr Reaction _alkaline Motile sperms 40% Sluggish motile 20% Immobile sperm 40% Total sperm count 38.4 mill Pus cells 2_3 Spermatogenic cell 1_2 Pin head 8% Amorphous head 55% Coiled tails 2% Curved head 3%

Hi, I think your liquefaction time is on a higher side. Rest all parameters are normal. Get a semen culture and sensitivity test done to rule out any infection. You can take some antibiotics like doxycycline 100mg twice a day for 10 days empirically. Take some antioxidants and vitamins for 3 months. You can try naturally for 6 months. If it doesn't work, then you can go for IUI.
