I would analyse the report for you. Your semen's liquefaction time, motility and morphology are all normal. But the
sperm count is on a lower side. Sperm count of more than 20 million/ ml is usually desirable.
But as your other parameters of semen is absolutely normal, you still can conceive naturally. The only thing is that the chances may be a bit less.
I would advice my patients to continue trying without any
contraceptive methods for a minimum of 6 months and upto 1-2 years before taking further decision.
Also plan such that the frequency of intercourse is more during the fertile window of your wife's cycle. Ovulation usually occurs 14 days before from the next expected menses day. So 3-4 days before and after this ovulation date is the fertile window period.
If the above tings does not work out, you can consult an
infertility specialist. You will be offered services like intra uterine insemination and others if needed.
