Hi, I think your semen analysis shows that the motility of sperm is below normal. Get a semen culture and sensitivity test done to rule out any infection. It can be one of the cause of that. Also take some antioxidant and vitamin supplements for 3 months. Repeat a semen analysis after a month with 3 to 5 days of abstinence. If motility doesn't improve, you may need IUI for conceiving. Hope it helps.
