I m Hi sir My seman test reports below .pls clarify about pus cells and immotile. Volume - 2.5 ml Ph 7.2 Total sperm concentration - 62 mn/ml Motality 75% Progressive motile 60 Non progressive 15 Immotile 25 Pus cells 2-4 RBC -Nil Epithelial cells - few Normal morphology- 70% Abnormal -30% Head defects -20% Neck and mid peace-5% Tail defects - 5%

your semen analysis report is normal. motility should be more that 50%. yours is 75% which is good. pus cells are also non significant. overall your report is normal.
