What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

Since few days ago i did the sperm test Here the result: Volume : 5.5 Liquification time : 90 mins PH : 9 Count : 47 million/ml Sperm mobility : Active 25 Sluggish 10 Dead 65 Mobility after 3 hr : Active 20 Sluggish 10 Dead 70 Morphology : Normal 80 Abnormal 20 Micsoscopy : WBC 8-10 RBC 1-2 please advice me what to do to improve the liquification time I am 40 yo married and have 3 daughters and we are looking to have a boy, please help me

welcome to hcm...sperm motility is low ..please avoid smoking alcohal ..take good diet..multivitamin antioxidant combination..you can take tab speman Himalayan drug company drug...it is to be taken for three times for 3 months ..please keep your sugar ...BP and thyroid profile under control ..avoid hot shower ...
