What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

Dear Doctor, Following is my semen analysis report. Kindly let me know what excatly is my problem. Collection time       :     8.00 am Received in the lab      :     8.15 am Period of Abstinence     :     14 days Volume                 :     1 ml Colour                 :     opaque grey ph                 :     8.0 liquefaction time       :     8.30 am Viscosity           :     Normal Motility(within 60 min ejaculation) a) Rapid Progressive     :     15% b) Slow Progressive     :     15% c) Non Progressive     :     10% d) Immortility          :     60% Sperm Concentration     :     70 million spermatozoa/ml Morphology(per 100 sperms) % Normal           :     70% % Head Defects          :     20% % Tail Defects          :     10% Agglutination          :     Absent Pus cells          :     2-4/hgf RBC               :     1-2/hgf Thanks

Hi I think your semen analysis shows asthenospermia that means less motility. But the abstinence period was 14 days, so it can alter the motility of sperm. Repeat a semen analysis with 3 to 5 days of abstinence. You can take some antioxidant and vitamin supplements for 3 months. If repeat test is abnormal, you can go for IUI. Hope it helps.
