What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

hi i am 36 years old and married from 3 years and having no child... i went to the doctor semens report says all sperm are dead.. one year before on 1 jun 16 when i did my seman analysis, motility(after 3hr)10% 50% spermcount 4mil/ml (20-100) and now on 10/7/17 sperm count is 5mil/ml (all sperms are non-motile) , special test fructose: present, live sperm:(supra-vital staining):occasional live sperm among 99.9% are dead can u help

hiiii.there should be atleast 20 million sperms per ml of semen.it is decreased in your case.normally 40% sperms should be motile.it is also decreased in your case.you can consult with your infertility specialist. you can get child by modern techniques like icsi,iui etc.,all the best.
