sir i have married 7 months ago recently i have done a check up for wife her report is normal and my semen report having 60 million sperm counts,fructose present,active motile 40% and pus cells 8 to 10. doctor suggest for taking antibiotic q-plus for 1 month is it ok sir

The count is almost normal.
Motile sperms are slightly on lower side, No need to worry as it will improve with proper treatment
