What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

Hi I am 38 years old and trying for a Baby LAst 2 months me and my wife are trying however have been unsuccessful. Todal i got my semen analysis done . Below are the details Volume : 3.0 ml,Color - Greyish white ,Liquifaction time : 25 min PH reaction - 8.0, Pructose - Present Spearm concentration is-30 Total spearm count -90 Aggutination - Abesent Progressive motility - 50% , Non progressive motility - 20% , Non Motile - 30% Morphology - Normal form 15%, Abnormal forms -85% Spearm vitality - Live spearms -77% PUS Cells -2-3 HPF,Epithelial cells -2-3 HPF, Spermatioginiac cells -NIL , RBC - Nil Impression : Normozoospermia. ************************************************************************* I have 2 questions 1 Can you guide me if the above report is normal , or do i need any medication . 2 Is the given PUS cells and Epithelial cells issue in my report Thanks

Hello welcome to the health care magic

Kindly mention since how long you are trying to conceive.

1. Your report is normal here as mentioned.
Only problem here I can see is abnormal sperm Morphology. According to strict criteria atleast 4% sperm should be normal.

But if problem in conceive than smoking, hypertension history should be taken and further investigation done in form of USG scrotum

2. Your pus cells and epithelial cells are normal
