1st Test Date: 6th June, 2016 This is the result of my Semen Analysis: Appearance (Opalescent), Liquifaction (Complete), Viscosity (Normal), PH (8.0), Volume(3.5ml ), Concentration (30x106/ml ), Density (105x106 ), Motility 1st Hour ( 55% ), Motility 1nd Hour ( 40% ) Forward Progression ( 20 ) Morphology: Normal ( 30 ) Head Abnormality ( 14 ) Mid-Piece Abnormality ( 46 ) Tail Abnormality ( 10 ) Viability 1st Day ( 80 ) WBC ( 4x106/ml ) Comments: 20% ESTIMATED NORMAL WITH SLUGGISH DIRECTIONAL MOTILITY ACROSS MICROSCOPE FIELD. CULTURE: Isolated/Growth: No bacterial growth after 24hrs of incubation 2nd Test Date: 4th October, 2017 This is the result of my Semen Analysis: Appearance (Opalescent), Liquifaction (Complete), Viscosity (Hypoviscid), PH (8.0), Volume(4.5ml ), Concentration (18x106/ml ), Density (81x106 ), Motility 1st Hour ( 40% ), Motility 1nd Hour ( 35% ) Forward Progression ( 30 ) Morphology: Normal ( 55 ) Head Abnormality ( 16 ) Mid-Piece Abnormality ( 21 ) Tail Abnormality ( 8 ) Viability 1st Day ( 92 ) WBC ( 3x106/ml ) Comments: 30% ESTIMATED NORMAL WITH SLUGGISH DIRECTIONAL MOTILITY ACROSS MICROSCOPE FIELD. Kindly let me know you are full Semen analysis report and for that you can attach your Semen analysis report so that I can check each and every parameter. As per the mentioned history in your question it seems that your sperm motility is affected and sperm morphology also is not normal. If you are having any smoking habit then kindly provide history regarding that and underline course for affected sperm motility should be evaluated. Until then hey Forte like tablet can be prescribed.
