welcome to hcm ..there is poor semen quality especially mobility is impaired .you should take some measures to increase semen quality
1 .avoid hot bath shower ..
2 avoid smoking .alcohal . tight undergarments .
3 take care of bp ..sugar ...thyroid level
4 avoid drugs as griseofulvin
5 take tab speman 2 tab three times for period of 3 months
6 take multivitamin antioxidant combination
7 take well nutritious diet
8 try meditation
9 maintain adequate body weight
