hi doctor this is my semen analysis result below : please advice if i need to see a specialist. semen collected at : clinic Liquefaction : 30 mins semen quantity volume : 8 ml color : whitish pH : 8.0 Viscosity : Normal Fructose : positive total sperm count : 24 million/ml No. of Sperm per ejaculate : 192 million/ml Sperm Motility : - Rapid Linear progressive (grade 3 & 4) : 42% -Sluggish Linear progressive (grade 2) : 16% -Total forward prgressive : 58 -Non-progressive (grade 1) : 10% -Non-motile : 32 Sperm morphology: -Normal forms : 59% -Abnormal forms : 41% R.B.C. : 00 Epithelial Cells : 0-1 /hpf Pus Cells : 0-1 /hpf
