Doctor. i married since 3 years but did not have any baby, i have taken semen s analysis test, its report result is: Total Volume : 2.5 ml, Reaction: Alkaline, Consistency: Hyperviscid, Morphology: 80% Normal, Total Count: 24.6 Millions/ml, WBC: 6-8, RBC: 2-3, Epithelial Cells: Few, Active First Hour: 30%, Sluggish 1st Hour: 10%, Non Motile 1st hour: 60%, Active 3rd hour: 10%, Sluggish 3rd hour: 15% and Non-Motile 3rd hour: 75%. After taken this report i went to the Urologist Doctor he suggest me go to for SCROTAL ULTRASONOGRAPHY, its result is: Both testicles are normal in size and echotexture. No mass, cyst or calcification seen. Right testicle measures: 3.8x2.0 cm. Left testicle measures: 3.8x1.8 cm. Multi dilated tortuous venous channels are seen in both scrotal sacs posterior to measure 2.5mm and on left 3.7mm in diameter. Otherwise normal epididymes. no hydrocele seen. IMPRESSION: Bilateral varicocele (mild on right side, mild to moderate on left side). normal rest of the scrotal sonography. Doctor it was Scrotal Ultrasonography result, just i want to ask you about my this condition, its necessary to do surgical treatment or is it possible without surgery with medicine?
